Thanks for posting this. Maybe if all the whiners over at Crimespace take a look, they'll be more willing to accept the fact that if their book didn't sell, it's entirely their fault. I don't see what more a publisher could do to help.

Ha, Dana, funny. If I could figure out how to post video at Crimespace, I'd put it up there...

I don't see why Peter R. continues to complain.
Copy editors seem to have a prominent and coveted role in the publishing industry, and their services are lavishly paid.
Bye now -I'm going to have a look at the famous swarthy lumberjacks at work in the forest near home.

John,
I'd offer to figure out how to post videos there, but the copyright laws have stifled my creativity.

Sorry.

Nice tubular action there McF.

This is recycled comment but it bears repeating here:

Everyone should read big John McFetridge's Swap!

its my book of the year so far.

how many books have I read so far this year? Well one actually but its going to be hard to beat Swap, another great novel from the Chief Camembert of the Canadian Crime Caper Cabal.

You want laughs? - its got laughs. You want excitement? - its got excitment. You want aloof interplanetary robot sex - ok it doesnt have that, but its a damn fine read. You go do worse than preorder Swap now from Amazon.ca!!
